TAPI / HTML Dialler

In conjunction with a TAPI phone dialler, MRI Sales & Lettings can recognise phone numbers within the system. When clicked, your TAPI Phone System will open allowing you to dial the number. Also, when a recognised client calls, a TAPI pop-up will detail the caller and allow you to answer. The HTML Dialler uses a ‘call’ to a link to allow users to do the same as the TAPI Dialler, but for Voice Over IP (VOIP) systems.
